1) To provide a representative voice for residents of North Richmond and Abbotsford - highlighting the impacts of public drug dealing, using and overdosing on the community

2) To educate the community on the benefits and facts about medically supervised injecting centres, especially their role in saving lives

3) To heal and reimagine the Victoria Street precinct creating a safer precinct with greater amenity and appeal for all who live, work and visit our neighbourhood
